Silo and Hopper Industry
Concerning the silo and hopper industry, there are large group silos and stand-alone silos for individual storage. Group silo is a combination silo system which is generally equipped with ladders, doors, platforms, walkways and other devices as the custom required. Wood pellet silo is specially designed for pellets storage. It can be made from stainless steel, aluminium, cement, galvanized steel and other materials. Most silos are chain driven.
Leg, lug or other structural supports are necessary for the movement of the material stored. The structural supports can be bolted or shop welded. The overall cost of the wood pellet silo depends on where the silo is built.
